Confirm sterile, single-use packaging and a pack count that matches how your room empties boxes. A hundred-count pack is common in clinic restocking because it is easy to count and plan around.

Build a working set, not a museum

Most practices live on three or four diameters. Watch what you reach for across two busy weeks. Keep those in depth. Add a neighbouring size only when you keep wishing it were already there.

That approach beats buying every diameter "just in case," then watching unused boxes age on the top shelf.
